ACTIVATION
ALBAKARTA is activated the moment you make the first call. Immediately after, you should wait up to 24 hours to have a complete activation of your SIM card.
USAGE DURATION OF ALBAKARTA
You can use all ALBAKARTA services for 12 months since the moment of activation (i.e. since the moment you will make the first call). If your credit ends before the above period then you can receive calls for another 6 months.
A special voice message notifies you before each call, if your credit left is less than 2 min, 1 min, 30 sec or 15 sec. ALBAKARTA is an intelligent card and reserved so the voice message will be heard only by you and not by your interlocutors.
CREDIT RENEWAL
You can renew your credit anytime. When you add credit ALBAKARTA usage duration is renewed for another 6 months
To renew you credit, call 141 from your mobile (free), follow carefully the instructions written in the backside, then dial the twelve digit code and press the (#) button. This way, the existing airtime of your card and the usage duration of ALBAKARTA are renewed for another 6 months.
Note
In case you try to make a call but the calling time is not sufficient, you will be notified via a voice message. At this stage, you can either renew your credit or get automatically connected with “Customer Care” 139.
Attention
However, AMC gives you another 3 months period, within which you have the possibility to renew your credit and activate ALBAKARTA. But if you don’t renew your credit after a period of 9 months your mobile number will automatically be deleted and your connection with AMC network will be interrupted.
You can be informed about your left credit, expiring terms and details of your last call (e.g. call duration, call cost), by simply calling 141 (free) from your mobile.
CHECK OF LEFT CREDITS
By calling 141 (free) from your cellular, you can be informed in any case about the left calling time, expiring terms of your cellular card and details of your last call (e.g. call duration, call cost).
